LIBRARY BOARD MEETS TO BEGIN STRATEGIC PLANNING
The April meeting of the Bellingham Public Library Board of Trustees has been cancelled. Instead, the Library Board has invited a group of community stakeholders to discuss long-range strategic planning. A "Stakeholder Retreat" will be held Tuesday, April 17 from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Squalicum Boathouse. The retreat is by invitation, but the public is welcome to observe.
Numerous opportunities for public input and involvement in the planning process will follow in the coming months.
