Tax Aid

We have received limited 2012 IRS tax forms and instruction booklets. If you need a form, please visit www.irs.gov .

AARP Volunteers provide free Tax Aid at the Central Library on a first-come, first-served basis. Volunteers will be located either on the Lower Level or in the Lecture Room. The schedule is as follows:

January 26 through April 15

Monday - Thursday 4:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Saturday 1:00 - 4:30 p.m.

*Returns with Residential Energy Credits can not be processed until early March.

Please bring the following:

Proof of a Social Security Number for each person on the return
Picture ID for the taxpayer
Married, filing jointly? Bring your spouse
All tax documents
Last year's tax return
All proofs of income and expenses
A sample check for a fast refund

You will need to fill out an intake form prior to receiving tax assistance.
