Regular Board meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month. Meetings are usually held in the Board Room (upper level) of the Bellingham Public Central Library,210 Central Avenue, except as noted below. Meetings usually commence at 3:30 p.m. The public is welcome to attend, and encouraged to check the library's website for changes.
