Summer Reading
The 2009 Summer Reading theme is "Be Creative @ Your Library."
This summer we challenge you to read or listen to 15 books!
Pick up a reading packet, keep track of your books and earn cool prizes
after 5, 10 and 15 books:
- Read 5 Books: Receive a 2 for 1 coupon for the
Aquatic Center. Swim with a friend!
- Read 5 More Books (10 total): Receive a mystery
coupon. What could it be? Be sure to thank our
Community Partners.
- Read 5 More Books (15 total): Congratulations!
When you finish you'll be invited to the Recognition Ceremony with Mayor
Pike on Friday, August 7 at 10:30 a.m. You'll also get a free book from the Friends
of the Bellingham Public Library after the ceremony (ceremony will last
approximately one hour).
- Don't stop at 15 books - keep reading!
