2026 Craft Fair Dates
July 31, 2026, 11 am – 1 pm at Lee Memorial Park (Central Library)
Aug 21, 2026, 5 – 7 pm at Bellis Fair Mall
All community members are invited to attend two Children’s Craft Fairs to support young entrepreneurs this summer. Each Craft Fair will have a maximum 50 booths, and all items will be handmade by kids. Bring small bills – all sales are cash only. All items will be priced at $5 or less. The festive events are fun for the whole family.

Please read through the registration tips and selling guidelines listed below prior to registration for a successful craft fair day!
Registration Tips
- Registration is free! You supply the table, chairs, and all other selling supplies.
- Work with friends! You can invite your friends to participate with you and share a space.
- You keep all of the money you make! Maximum charge for any item is $5; cash only sales
- Children ages 13 and under may register for a booth.
- 1 registration form = 1 booth space
- Drinks and/or items that need refrigeration/cooling cannot be sold.
Children’s Craft Fair Selling Guidelines*
Please read the checklist together to ensure your booth is meeting all of the necessary requirements. *Note: We will ask vendors to remove any items that do not adhere to the guidelines.
- All items must be handmade by the child.
- Items must be priced $5.00 or less.
- Baked goods must be individually wrapped.
- Drinks and/or items that need refrigeration/cooling cannot be sold.
- Booth spaces are assigned (you have a maximum of 6’ of space).
- You supply tables, chairs, and everything else.
- Check-in starts an hour before start time on the day of the Craft Fair.
Plan Ahead For a Fun and Positive Experience
- Get creative with your booth display.
- How will you attract customers and stand out from the crowd?
- Think about setting a variety of prices for your items.
- How will you show customers how much an item costs?
- Bring small bills and change for your sales.
- Where will you store your money so it’s easily accessible?
Help Spread the Word About the Craft Fairs
- Think about ways you can bring more buyers to the day of the craft fair.
- Promote to your own network of friends and family.
- Ask us for posters to give out to friends/family and share the event on social media!
- Remember to include the date, time and location of the craft fair in your promotions.
