Thank you for signing up for a Bellingham Public Library card!
- A library staff person will contact you within 2 business days to issue you the temporary barcode.
- Your temporary library card number provides access to online research tools and lets you place 3 holds on library materials.
- To complete the application process and gain a full-access card, please bring your temporary card number to any Bellingham Public Library location, along with photo ID. A full-access card is required to check out library materials.
- If you are under 18 years old, you will also receive a temporary card, and a parent or guardian must be present to show photo ID when you come in for a full-access card. Limited-access is available for youth without an adult present.
