Bellingham Public Library provides quarterly Outreach services to eight assisted living and health care facilities. The facilities include:
- Avalon Healthcare (Formerly St. Francis)
- Chuckanut Ridge Assisted Living (formerly Rosewood Villa)
- Mt. Baker Care Center
- North Cascades Health & Rehabilitation Center
- Orchard Park Assisted Living
- Shuksan Healthcare Center
- Summit Place Assisted Living
- Woodway Senior Living
Set collections, which rotate through facilities, include:
- Regular print fiction and nonfiction books
- Large print books
- Audiobooks
- DVDs
Residents may also place holds on specific titles.
