In October and November 2024, Bellingham Public Library is partnering with WWU’s Sustainability Engagement Institute and Center for Community Learning to bring back another round of the popular Learning Together Forums. These events bring our community together to talk about sustainability. All are welcome. Share your hopes and challenges related to creating a more sustainable region and meet others doing inspirational work. Participants will leave with new connections and opportunities for action.
Learning Together Forum dates and titles:
- Sustainable Cities and Communities – Wednesday, October 23, 2:30-4:00 pm
- Responsible Consumption and Production – Wednesday, November 20, 2:30-4:00 pm
Forums are free and open to all. Snacks provided! No registration required.
Each session in the series takes place in the Lecture Room on the lower level of the Central Branch of the Bellingham Public Library (210 Central Ave). Please note that car parking at the Library is metered until 6:00 pm. The Library is served by WTA Route 15. Bike parking is available in the front of the building, but please plan to bring a bike lock and cable and bring all valuables inside with you.
